Pricing: Prices may change at any time.
Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $50.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Since orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be made. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. To return a portion of the order, please see Product Return Procedures below.
Payment Terms: Net 30. Terms are available to those who qualify. While credit approval is pending, we sell COD (cashier’s check/money order). All COD orders are subject to an additional $4.75 fee per box by the carrier. Refunds due to overpayments will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 bank charge.
Credit Policy: To begin the credit process, please complete and sign the credit application provided. Credit is granted to customers who provide satisfactory trade and banking references. For higher lines of credit, financial statements and/or personal guarantees may be required. Past due invoices or sales that exceed credit lines may delay current shipping requests.
Product Return Procedures: All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock.
Defective product:
* We will not issue a RMA# on an order after 90 days from the invoice date.
* All defective products must be sent freight prepaid
Warranty: Products are sold with manufacturer’s warranty. BPI Supply makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer’s equipment other than the vendor’s warranty.
Non-Defective Product:
* We will not issue an RMA# on orders over 90 days from the invoice date.
* We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resellable condition.
* The cost to return the product will normally be the return freight charge. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a call tag.
* Returns are subject to restocking fees.
Shipping Errors: Any shipping error should be reported to our Customer Service Department.
Product Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the deliver. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact the carrier and BPI Supply’s Customer Service Department.
Repackaging Product for Return:
* All product must be returned in its original packaging, including Styrofoam inserts, end caps etc.
* We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in any way.
* All product must be shipped in protective outer boxing.
Freight: All freight is F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri. Our goal is to ship by the quickest, most cost-effective means available. To arrange for customer pick-ups, please provide us with an individual’s name, specific room number or location, and business hours.
